We actually met Missy at a home we wanted to view and she was the listing Agent. Right off the bat we liked her "I'll take care of you!" vibe and decided we'd like to work with her to find the perfect home for us. We'd been in the Wilmington area for almost 20 years so we knew *exactly* what we wanted, however we needed to wait for the perfect home price that agreed with the budget; but also in our sought after location! Missy was SO patient with us, and she never squashed the dream. She supported us the entire way. It took almost a year to find the home we ended up loving, and ultimately buying. She was there to listen when we had some concerns & promptly helped us get a trades professional in to assess. She was just as excited for this home for us as we were, and we felt like we had a true partner in what can be a very daunting task at times.
