Before we even met Mildred we had a terrible realtor she did not want to waste her time with trying to help us find a house she want us to sign right then and there whenever we saw a house we like. Mildred on the other hand she did not go that route she made for sure we liked the house and it was in our budget. We had the best experience with Mildred. She helped us by our first home in North Carolina. Always made for sure that we are available to see the house and also did not do like most realtors look for houses out of their price range. She definitely goes beyond and above for all of her clients. She will definitely keep you updated throughout each process of getting the house along with closing.
