We recommend Willie Black as a highly valuable realtor agent who knows the business and cares about his business partners and customers. My husband and I appreciate our business relationship with Willie who ALWAYS went above and beyond to assist us in any matter or situation that came up during our time with him as our property management associate. He did an OUTSTANDING job managing our property and always kept us informed of important issues. Whenever there was a problematic situation he always looked for ways to reduce our stress and mitigate the problem resolving it in the most best and practical way possible. He was easy to reach at anytime and always returned our calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. We finally had to make a decision to sell our home and he worked hard in our best interest even beyond his normal work hours. When we ran into an unexpected situation during the sell, he was right there for us speaking on our behalf seeking results that lead to a positive outcome. We highly recommend Willie for any of your realtor needs especially because of his sincerity, honesty, hard work, competence, knowledge, reliability, resourcefulness, kindness, sense of humor, personal care, professionalism and great skills in research, listening and problem-solving that knows the business exceptionally well and loves what he does and values his customers and business partners. We appreciated his service to us that resulted in the best sale for us with a high return. He is a great asset to a great company that we recommend highly.
