Zach was easy to work with and responsive in all communications

Tory guided us through the process in a very professional and composed manner. From our first meetings on how to best market our house, when we should start the process and finally determining a list price that fit our desires and time frame was exceptional. She guided us without pressure or unreasonable expectations, yet allowing us to find the right balance that we were most comfortable. The marketing approach was perfect and had multiple offers prior to the final sale. Her guidance during the Due Diligence period was super and she kept all negotiations low key and under control despite some strange requests from the buyers agent. Highly recommend using Tory as she made our experience all that we expected.
