Rafael is the Jack of all trades, master of ALL! That is no exaggeration! We live out of state and the tenant that we had to evict left the home in absolute chaos. The locksmith we hired after the eviction recommended Rafael to us to renovate the home and become the property manager so we could find a new tenant. We first researched his credentials. Confirmed he was fully licensed but when we knew he was legit was when we read a news article on his military background. He is a vet that seems to have a passion for helping service members in all aspects of the home purchases, renovation, property management and selling process! He showed up for us on so many occasions! When the appliance delivery was delayed he recommended Rent A Center and went to the location to lock it in with the store manager. When we called him his phone RARELY went to voicemail. If it did he called back within a couple of hours AND texted to let us know he’ll call back. He was also like a business mentor! We were so in awe of his business acumen that we asked him for advice of how he succeeded so well after the military. He took his time and gave us great, actionable advice! You will not go wrong having him on your team! If he says he’ll do something he does it. If he cant he’ll be honest and let you know why it cant be done but will usually give you a viable alternative! He saved our butts on more than one occasion and we’ll forever be grateful!
