So two days ago, I officially sold my first home, my baby that I built, by myself. I want to take to the time to thank Kevin Wester for being just plain AMAZING! When I decided to sell, I was nervous but Kevin always gave me expert advice and exceeded my expectations at every turn. The market while we were shopping for houses was absolutely wild. Homes would list and sell within minutes of posting, values were often somewhat skewed, and inventory was very low. Eileen helped Jenn and I navigate this tumultuous market with aplomb. Further, she was exceptionally responsive and patient as we worked through figuring out exactly what we needed/wanted. Eileen was also very quick and thorough with all paperwork. We also felt like she always had OUR interests in mind as we entered negotiations. There was never a sense that she was willing to cut corners or rush us. Bottom line, would absolutely recommend Eileen to anyone buying or selling a home. She’s a great agent and we feel fortunate that she was in our corner.
