Wow. Where do I even begin with Abe? This is the 3rd home I've purchased, and he is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is personable, knowledgeable, communicates effectively, and bent over backwards to meet all of my needs. He was patient with me and all of my questions, and always open to my feedback and thoughts. He is extremely well-connected in the area and very experienced in buying and maintaining properties. I could not speak more highly of him as a person and realtor, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

We worked with Kristi and her team at Everything Pines to sell our home last year - I don't know if we could have found a better team to help us through the process. There are multiple reasons Everything Pines is already so highly reviewed. Kristi made sure we had our homework done before listing, stayed in contact with our out-of-state agent to align strategies, and guided us through what turned out to be a heartburn-inducing last week before closing. She made sure we came out on top, from listing to closing, and helped us find prompt, well-priced contractors to complete repairs. When we had questions about pricing, contracts, or anything, she had answers, no matter the time of day or night. We were especially thankful for her rapid, regular communication. Simultaneously selling and buying with a spouse in different states was possible, even easy, with Kristi's help. Sometimes she would call just to blow off some steam together.
