We worked with Kristi and her team at Everything Pines to sell our home last year - I don't know if we could have found a better team to help us through the process. There are multiple reasons Everything Pines is already so highly reviewed. Kristi made sure we had our homework done before listing, stayed in contact with our out-of-state agent to align strategies, and guided us through what turned out to be a heartburn-inducing last week before closing. She made sure we came out on top, from listing to closing, and helped us find prompt, well-priced contractors to complete repairs. When we had questions about pricing, contracts, or anything, she had answers, no matter the time of day or night. We were especially thankful for her rapid, regular communication. Simultaneously selling and buying with a spouse in different states was possible, even easy, with Kristi's help. Sometimes she would call just to blow off some steam together.

She was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable in real estate with years of experience under her belt. She was quick to respond to any and all questions we had! She helped us tremendously throughout our buy/selling process! I would recommend her to everyone in need of a real estate agent!
