Bob has always been cordial and willing to find answers to our questions. We did not live in the area, so he sent photos of progress on our home, contacted the HOA when needed and kept us informed on things pertaining to their authority. A few days after we moved into our home, he stopped by to see if we needed anything. We hope Bob will become our neighbor in the near future.
