Rachael is hands down One the top realtors in this area. My husband and I are both military and work on Ft Bragg. We were under contract when we found out it was necessary to locate a home in a different area to make our commute easier. Rachael went above and beyond to alleviate the stress of searching the market again by locating another home with 72 hours from breaking contract. Debra sold our house in 11 days at full price. She is an excellent communicator and really listened to us about our goals and needs.
