So patient! This lady was a saint! It was very difficult for us to move from Savannah to the Raleigh area, two very different opinions and a tight budget and very uncertain time line at the start! It quickly moved to a time crunch at the end of this process… but the entire time nothing but support, humor, and genuine kindness! Mia truly looked out for us, giving us all the information, her thoughts, but always letting us make the decisions. Wonderful experience!!

I was connected to Grisel through Veterans United, she is very knowledgeable about everything and communicates that to you. She walked me through the every step and made sure I understood what was going on and what my responsibilities were. She was very responsive to any questions I had and I didn't have to wait long at all to get something answered. She was honest when showing homes and made sure I was informed about all the features, structures, and anything else to include the good and bad sides of anything. She is very friendly and very helpful.
