My response below seems to look like her efforts were average. But I have known Susan for years and never expected less than superior service from her. Thank you, Susan.

Working with Heather and her team has been the best experience I have ever had with selling my home. I would highly recommend Larose Realty Group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, whether you know exactly what you are looking for or are not. Heather is very responsive to any questions, and follows up on time with what you need. Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

Matt was referred to us by a neighbor who knew him - we feel that he was wonderful from start to finish. Very professional yet reachable. I would highly recommend him to others. He was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints! Excellent experience! Matt Hall is a wonderful real estate agent.
