We were looking for a very specific property for several years. Tracy was always available and full of information and resources I didn't even know I needed. She worked with the parameters of what we were looking for and was extremely prompt and available. She knows all the right people and her knowledge base extends way past what I would expect from a realtor.

Tracy worked tirelessly from the moment we first discussed listing our home all the way through closing day. Even though our house didn’t sell as quickly as we hoped, she stayed positive, persistent, and always ready to try new strategies to get buyers through the door. When things became challenging, Tracy didn’t hesitate to bring in other professionals for fresh, constructive feedback on how to boost curb appeal — and those improvements truly made a difference. We were especially impressed by the videos Tracy created to showcase all the wonderful features of our home. Since we weren’t living in the house during the sale, we often had to drive into town to take care of things. Tracy consistently checked on the property while we were away, frequently stopping by before showings to make sure everything looked perfect. My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with everything Tracy did to help us cross the finish line. All the behind‑the‑scenes work she put in reassured us that we had chosen the right person to guide us through the process. If you want someone who goes above and beyond — even when the road gets tough — Tracy Benton and Community First Realty are an easy choice. She worked her magic for us, and she’ll do the same for you.

Tracy is the agent you want working for you. She not only prepped us and our house for sale she promoted and pushed our house into the limelight. Sold in 8 days for a great price then she helped us find our new home. She was juggling multiple deals, lawyers, agents and us.... Two very vocal and demanding customers. Tracy was ontop of everything! She is super sweet but can be aggressive as a bull shark if she needs to. Her walk thru quick cut video of our home got thousands of views and hit all the highlights. She referred us to movers and repair people, had our backs the whole time and when offers came in that were borderline, she was adamant that we could get more and we did! If you want your house sold call Tracy. If you've hired someone else then fire them and call Tracy. She will work her tail end off for her clients, handles all the minutiae that comes with buying or selling a house and she is always pleasant is cheerful. Do yourself a favor and make your best decision of the year and get Tracy to represent you.
