Their willingness to step in when needed kept the process from stalling. Despite the unique nature of the property and the market conditions, the house was under contract within the first month. That outcome really speaks to Candice’s professionalism, preparation, and understanding of the local market. Overall, the experience was very positive and I’m grateful for the effort Candice put into making a complicated sale go smoothly.
