Wendy did an outstanding job with the process of buying my new home. She was very patient, very knowledgeable, very responsive and very accommodating of my unique schedule. When I was losing hope she was very encouraging assuring me that we would find "the house" and we did . I would forever be thankful I found her. I highly recommend her and her team.

So patient! This lady was a saint! It was very difficult for us to move from Savannah to the Raleigh area, two very different opinions and a tight budget and very uncertain time line at the start! It quickly moved to a time crunch at the end of this process… but the entire time nothing but support, humor, and genuine kindness! Mia truly looked out for us, giving us all the information, her thoughts, but always letting us make the decisions. Wonderful experience!!
