Darius was very helpful in getting us our first home. It was quite a challenge viewing homes, being that my fiancé and I were not physically present in the town at the time, but he was flexible and patient with us throughout the whole process. He brought his wealth of knowledge of the area and our preference in finding us our desired home. When our offers were not being accepted, he assured us that it was part of the process and also help as much as professionally possible in ensuring we got the best deal for our money. He went above and beyond in using his tools to come up with the value of the homes we viewed and advised us with the data to help us with coming up with our offers.
