She made appointments, coordinated work and stayed on top of the details to make sure everything was done (we live out of town). She is a problem solver: she got a travel notary to our buyer who was on quarantine precautions in order to sign closing papers! I could go on, but suffice to say, I highly recommend Debra Bass!
