Mike and is team at Pridemore are outstanding. Mike is personally a great real estate agent. He sold our house in 1 day and for considerably more than our asking price, which also was more than what other agents had recommended. He guided us through the sale process and was always available for questions or just to clam our fears and stress and always with a smile! Mike also also has a great team. The photos and video of our house were taken by professionals and were absolutely stunning! His extensive knowledge and experience gave us every confidence we were in great hands. We have no reluctance to highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for a top notch agent!

I cannot say enough good things about Sheila St. Germain and Michael St. Germain. My life was in limbo trying to find a home and also sell my home and property. I was watching home after home get sold while I was stuck waiting. Sheila always answered the phone anytime I called And helped me in every way possible to get the home that I ended up in which is my dream home!! I had never purchased a home before and Sheila and the St. Germain group were there and helped with everything I had a question with. I could not have imagined a better experience!
