Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.

She was also prepared with information that we would need in looking for lenders, home inspection companies, etc. The information she provided via email was always clear and relevant. Kristina made sure that we had all the information we needed to make descions, however, she never pushed us to do things in a different direction--she always made sure that we knew that all descions were ours to make.
