From the beginning, Ana conveyed the process and discussed her plan for the marketing. She suggested what needed to be done to show the property well. She was helpful with vendors and very involved in the process of getting the house ready to put on the market. And when it was sold and time to close, Ana was right there with me explaining that process as well. She has a wealth of knowledge and very good at her job! I'm very thankful that she was my realtor!!
