She came prepared with the tools to measure the property, climb up into dark spaces to inspect with flashlights, and knew what to look for. She gave me a blunt, truthful opinion of my property and guided me on what I could sell and get for it. She responded quickly to all my requests, and got the job done for me. I'm incredibly happy that I chose her for my agent, best decision I could have made for one of the most important transactions in my life!
