I contacted Crystal Presley to sell the home of a friend under Hospice care at a long term care facility. She arrived at the property with full property research in hand. This impressed me. Upon entering the home we discovered the amount of neglect and disrepair. I was very discouraged, Crystal saw potential. She made suggestions on ways to better present the property, even offering to help do so. She listed the home and had multiple offers with in 2 days. Crystal then drove to Lincolnton (about an hour drive each way) to present them to the seller and help him decide on the best one. Crystal made multiple trips to the facility to try and satisfy the closing attorney's notary service. Even helping the seller obtain a current ID from the DMV. Through all of this, Crystal kept us informed of the status of the closing. I must say that she was always most patient, kind and professional with the seller. I have since recommended her to a relative who is having the same great experience. You would do well to contact this great agent.
