Tasha Viney was referred to us by another realtor and I’m so happy we got to connect. She was very thorough & understood our needs. We had to sell our house quickly and she pulled through for us. We had a few hiccups but overall she did amazing work. She got the deal done and was exceptional. We would refer her to anyone if we still lived in SC. Thank you so much Tasha!

When my wife and I moved to North Carolina from New Jersey in 2013, we were fortunate to meet and use Patricia’s services. Her extensive knowledge of the area helped us narrow down which house we ended up choosing. When we decided to sell and by in another area, Patricia explained our pricing options and the house sold in a short period. When we purchased the new home Patricia saw that it was overpriced, based on comps she discovered and when she presented it to listing agent the house price was lowered and we secured a great deal. When we sold that home Patricia again provided great service and gave us advise on listing price and the home sold within a week. We have relocated back to New Jersey/Pennsylvania to be closers to family and Patricia kept in contact with us during our search and continued providing advise and truly cared about our success in finding a home even though we were not buying in North Carolina. Patricia is dedicated to her job and will provide professional, knowledgeable and care to her clients as she did with us. Thanks Pat!
