When my wife and I moved to North Carolina from New Jersey in 2013, we were fortunate to meet and use Patricia’s services. Her extensive knowledge of the area helped us narrow down which house we ended up choosing. When we decided to sell and by in another area, Patricia explained our pricing options and the house sold in a short period. When we purchased the new home Patricia saw that it was overpriced, based on comps she discovered and when she presented it to listing agent the house price was lowered and we secured a great deal. When we sold that home Patricia again provided great service and gave us advise on listing price and the home sold within a week. We have relocated back to New Jersey/Pennsylvania to be closers to family and Patricia kept in contact with us during our search and continued providing advise and truly cared about our success in finding a home even though we were not buying in North Carolina. Let me start off by saying I would give Patricia Lampe more stars if I could! My husband and I met Patricia 9 years ago when we purchased our first home. Once decided to sell it and purchase a new one we had Patricia on speed dial! She is VERY professional, knowledgeable and very hands on! We gave her a vision and she helped us EVERY step of the way!
