She was straight forward with us about house conditions, timely with delivering information and paperwork between us and the seller, and extremely personable and kind. Although she was very approachable, she was direct when it came to being an advocate on our behalf when talking to the seller. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new home and we owe a great deal of that joy to Crystal and the effort she put in to helping us!
