My husband and I meet Érica in our first trip to Charlotte, we was looking to move from California to Charlotte, when we meet her and talked about what we was looking for, she always was professional and keep in touch with us. We never decided to look for another agent because she always help us and keep informed about everything that we want to know like first buyers . She always was very friendly too. Thank you Erica!

Erica is amazing! She goes beyond a realtor. Her knowledge, resourcefulness, and encouragement is comforting. She's detailed oriented and fully explains all the tedious aspects of buying a house. Always keeps you informed and always has your best interest. Her down to earth charm, makes buying your home a welcoming pleasure!

After having a bad experience with another agent, Erica was truly a blessing. From the beginning she was always available, prepared, knowledgable, and friendly. During the search process, the properties she chose were all great candidates. She provided great advice but also didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. If there were properties that we wanted to see - she made it happen, regardless of the time or distance. Once we did select a property, she was always on top of everything that needed to be done and kept us in the loop. We were able to rest easy knowing that we had her advocating for our best interests. We are so thankful to have had her as our agent and fully intend on recommending her to anyone looking for housing in the area.
