Malesta has been an incredible real estate agent from start to finish. She originally helped me find this home and because of her great service initially, I listed the home when we are ready to sell it. Her recommendation and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I am from Texas and the laws and closing procedures are much different than those of North Carolina . She helped me with any questions that she was able to answer and those that she was not able to. She referenced me to whom I should contact for answers.

Edie truly went above and beyond to get us into our new home in Charlotte/Mint Hill. Moving cross-country from Illinois was a big change and neither my wife or I had ever been to Charlotte prior to this home-buying process. Edie spent so much of her time and two entire weekends not only finding and showing us properties but also driving us all over the greater Charlotte area and showing us all it has to offer! She was extremely knowledgeable on the market overall but also in the various neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs! She also took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a property for our young growing family. There were some unforeseen issues with our closing timing due to no fault of our own and Edie worked tirelessly into the late evening to get us into the house successfully! She was so calm and supportive throughout the whole process and we are so thankful and grateful for everything she did for us!
