Renee's patient, detailed explanation to us of the fast-paced, cash-dominant home sales market in LKN and in Charlotte addressed our worries that our home sale would be fast, maybe furious, but profitable. And she delivered! By mid-March, Renee patiently, diligently, and creatively located an affordable, large townhome in our SPECIFIED secluded park side location just 10 minutes from our daughter's home! We bought it; then listed our LKN home which sold 30 hours later for an unimagined price as Renee had assured us! Renee Foster's dogged service to our needs (from selling to buying to closings to remodeling to moving in) has sealed our high regard for her professionalism and for her friendship!!!
