We contacted Barry through the Sun City Del Webb site. He was eager to help us. We lived in Massachusetts and wanted to relocate to the over 55 community in SC. He contacted us via email and text and then we set up a time to speak with him on the phone. We were nervous, first because we have lived in our own home for 50 years, and to plan a move to SC was daunting. He made us feel comfortable and confident we could do this. On a Sunday in May, we met Barry at Del Webb, SunCity and viewed 8 homes. He had a print out of each. We liked a couple. Our house was put on the market mid June and sold the first day at open house. Barry and my selling agent were in communication. So in June, we came down to SC and bought a house we had seen in May. It had a price drop and Barry called the listing agent and told her we were very interested and motivated and we’d be there in a few days. We toured the home and we put in an offer with Barry’s help. That evening our offer was accepted and flew home excited as can be. Barry was always available to email, text, or receive a call to help us through this all. He is professional, diligent, and above all “knows his stuff! “ We were very lucky that he was our realtor.

Harrison went above and beyond to create the best first home buying experience possible. Houses in the area and price range that I was looking at were selling the second they got the market. Harrison did an incredible job to keep me informed on great homes to ensure I could get my foot in the door to see if it felt like home. In many cases, that meant driving 30-45 minutes on short notice on multiple occasions to see a house. On top of all the legwork and research he did to make this home buying experience successful, the best part is that he treats everyone as a priority.
