Jake was a true pro in getting us into our home. He has great knowledge on the Charlotte market and was able to get us into the location that we wanted in our desired price point. His ability to negotiate with the seller on our behalf was much appreciated. Jake is one of the top realtors in Charlotte, but he is as accessible as anyone through call or text. His team has the firepower and relationships to go to the market place on your behalf as a buyer. After we closed he has been helpful in recommending fence/landscaping services.

I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections.
