Sara was very familiar with the rules and tight time table with a Starker 1031 exchange and was with us every step of the way. We were out of state while making the purchases and Sara made the process smooth. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . If you have need of a real estate agent, Ms. Offnick shoulf certainly be considered.
