We found Wendy to be the consummate realtor. We writers= both seniors; former owners of 2 houses= first for over 26 years; second for almost 30 years. We recognized need to be near family- made an unplanned and sudden relocation to Charlotte area. Family are dedicated researchers! They suggested Wendy. She represented, advised and reassured two stressed seniors uprooting themselves after 30 years and transitioning to a new area, neighbors and lifestyle.
