I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Once we did find one that we wanted to make an offer on, Noah guided us through without feeling pressured and we had the house under contract within 2 days. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . If you have need of a real estate agent, Ms. Offnick shoulf certainly be considered.

I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales!
