Niki and Skylar both made selling my home one of the easiest experiences that I have had as homeowner. They were attentive to details, kept me informed and had the best negotiating skills that made the whole transaction move smoothly from start to finish. The genuine concern, the down home personalities and the fun way that made every conversation feel as if I had known them for years. It was a comfortable feeling. I highly recommend Niki and Skylar whether you are buying or selling. They are the best in my opinion.

Niki and Skyler communicated a marketing plan from the beginning and stuck with it. There were no dead periods during the marketing and activity was consistent. They recommended staging the house and we believe that was important to generate interest and activity early in the listing. Once we had interested buyers, they were diligent and effective in moving things along. Likewise, once under contract, all details were managed well through closing.

Niki and Skylar have complimentary communication styles of being able to manage the legal aspects of buying a house. They have a professional and personal way of engaging with individual needs. The negotiations were seamless. They have market knowledge of what a buyer should be aware of in North Carolina. All of their strengths made for a pleasurable environment to purchase a new house in a new state.
