Shannon was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable & helpful throughout this entire process. I am a first time home buyer so she was extremely patient with me & would help explain a lot of terms when it comes to home buying. She communicated effectively & thoughtfully. She was really professional but personable with me which made me feel comfortable working with her. Everything she did, she would always explain as she did it or the reasoning why which I really appreciated. She would be on the lookout for homes but never made me feel pressured to do anything which I think is super important. She went at my pace. It really does feel like I have someone I can go to for advice when it comes to home purchases. She also has a lot of good contacts that helped during the weeks of the closing process. She was AWESOME! I would recommend her to any & all homebuyers in the Charlotte region.

Shannon was great with sharing examples relevant to decisions I had to make regarding my home purchase, such as the value of an independent home inspection, and communicating consistently with me and the sellers (incl. builder).

When we decided to relocate to North Carolina, we knew it was important to find a realtor who would truly understand our needs and guide us through the home-buying process. That is exactly what we found in Shannon. Shannon is kind, considerate, and genuinely cares about her clients. Throughout our journey, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we felt supported. Our transaction became much more complicated than expected due to numerous issues and moving parts involving the builder and lender. Through it all, Shannon remained professional, calm, and reassuring, giving us confidence that everything would ultimately work out. We truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We are grateful for everything she did, and we absolutely love our new home. Overall, we are thankful for Shannon’s guidance and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
