Shannon was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable & helpful throughout this entire process. I am a first time home buyer so she was extremely patient with me & would help explain a lot of terms when it comes to home buying. She communicated effectively & thoughtfully. She was really professional but personable with me which made me feel comfortable working with her. Everything she did, she would always explain as she did it or the reasoning why which I really appreciated. She would be on the lookout for homes but never made me feel pressured to do anything which I think is super important. She went at my pace. It really does feel like I have someone I can go to for advice when it comes to home purchases. She also has a lot of good contacts that helped during the weeks of the closing process. She was AWESOME! I would recommend her to any & all homebuyers in the Charlotte region.
