We just purchased a home in cornelius with Jessica as our agent. The circumstances of our closing on our house in SC and buying our home in NC were unusual to say the least. The seller of our home was very angry with her agent and made the whole process as difficulty as she possibly could. The night before closing I was ready to be done and did not want to close the next day- instead of coaxing me along and "getting that commission" Jessica was kind and understanding and said I needed to be 100% comfortable. My husband was set on the house and didn't think we would have any problems- so we stuck it out. After we had the house officially in our name the seller wouldn't bring the keys and her agent was nowhere to be found. Jessica met us at the house with a locksmith and stayed with us until we were able to get in the home and have all the locks changed and the garage code changed- and she took 3 of my 4 kids and let them play in her car (just hang out in the a.c. And play with buttons- no 6 year old joy rides;)) while we waited to get inside the house. She called that night to check in, the next day, and a week later. She is one of the best. I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have her as our agent.

This is the second time I had the opportunity to work with Jamie. The first was in buying my home. Jamie took the time to understand my needs and made the process of seeking my home easy.
