Allyson was a great realtor for us! She was not pushy at all, but always there when we needed her. When we first met her, we were looking at rental houses, and she was gracious enough to take us around and show us different rentals that she knew of. Then, when it was time to buy our first home, she helped us through everything. She is also helpful after the buying process and has several contractors that she recommended to us for repairs we wanted to make. Be aware that Allen Tate does charge an admin fee of $295 in the buyers agency agreement. We definitely recommend Allyson as our realtor!
