Niki is a wonderful realtor. She is extremely professional and helped us buy our first home. She did not hesitate to show us several homes till we found the right one. She has a lot of experience in new construction process also. She made us feel comfortable enough that we were able to discuss all our concerns /requirements related to the property with her. She has great knowledge about the market, pricing and the different communities in the area . She has good connections and was able to help us throughout the process. I truly believe that she was a God-send for us and we might not have bought the home without her help. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for homes in the Charlotte area.
