Kevin did an amazing job helping my wife and I find a place as first time homebuyers. It takes a lot of trust to trust someone amid such a complex process, and Kevin not only navigated it superbly but also extremely empathetically as we sought to find a place within a very narrow range of neighborhoods in East Charlotte. Kevin was consistently responsive and proactive in finding us listings to check out. He would even go out on his own to speak to potential neighbors and prospective sellers on our behalf. He was patient with us as we toured homes for several months that weren't quite a fit. He was generous in his time and resources as we negotiated with the seller, and wielded a depth of knowledge about the negotiation process, which helped us get multiple repairs made by the seller ahead of our closing date. On top of all that, Kevin was and is extremely pleasant to work with. With 20+ years of experience in Charlotte, he knows the neighborhoods and excellent contractor recommendations as well. My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. He agreed to take on selling our home and finding us a new one. We could not have been more lucky!!! Josh was wonderful and very very patient when dealing with us. We have never sold a home before and he talked us through the whole process and answered all of my neurotic questions. He made the whole process very easy. He brought in professional stagers and photographers to market the house and we had a fantastic offer within 4 days of the house being listed!! If it wasn't for the extra help from the stager and photographer I don't know if our house would have sold so quickly. After our house was under contract Josh worked with us to find another one. Every time we called and asked about a house he set up a showing immediately. He was willing to work odd hours and he showed us the same home 3 times without complaint. We eventually put an offer in on that house and Josh helped us negotiate a very nice price. After all that he then introduced us to a great finance company, met with the lawyers with us, and handled everything from start to finish. We very highly recommend Josh Tucker. He made us feel like we were more than just a business transaction. He really cared about helping us out.

Allen was there from start to finish very knowledgeable of all areas visited and able to give good advice on things I asked and also things I needed to know but had not yet thought to ask. I changed my priorities a couple times mainly to accommodate my wife and Allen was able to keep up with the changes and find more listings to look at. We found and bought a home mostly to my wife's liking and Allen is still available with help on finding things needed such as home inspection to insurance as well as lawn & pool service. I would highly recommend Allen Padgett to anyone I know looking for real estate anywhere in the central Florida area.

It’s no coincidence that the word “great” is an anagram of Greta. She was an absolute joy to work with and always went well above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Being a first home buyer, I was completely clueless of the process. Greta showed the utmost patience and was always compassionate and helpful in assisting with my lack of knowledge. She insisted that the home we finally chose checked off all the “must haves” and would not settle for anything less. Greta even got to know my family, sending them birthday texts and well wishes – that means a lot. I am so happy she picked up the phone when I called the Allen Tate Concord office that day. I highly recommend Ray for buying a house. He responded quickly when we wanted to view a house yet again, getting us scheduled and walking through it with us. He served as our go between during the negotiation process, providing us insight into the current market conditions. Ray continued to be accessible and helpful after our offer was accepted. He guided us through the closing process, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed without missing any deadlines. I don’t want to move again, but will use Ray again if it happens.
