Good communication very professional

I tried to sell my house for 9 months through 2 different realtors without success. I was ready to give up when I received a call from Joe Kelly he explained he could sell my house. I’ll admit I wasn’t totally convinced but decided to give him a try. It was the best decision I made. Joe was the most professional realtor I have ever had. He used a professional stager and photographer which helped show the beauty of my home. I was so impressed. The first showing my house sold. Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" .
