I couldn’t have been any happier with Jen… Her knowledge of what clients are looking for and what they expect from a home was top notch. I truly believe her recommendations about changing the colors inside the house was spot on and her staging skills were amazing. I truly believe this is what got us 10,000 over asking price… I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

Loretta was a referral from a family member. I told the family member to give her my phone number but for her not to contact me until I knew I was ready to start the process of getting my house on the market. She did just that! I finally contacted her 3 months later. I know how some Realtors are ready to get you on board so they can get you under contract & will worry the crap out of you, but Loretta did not contact me at all until I was ready for her help. She was there for me more than I ever expected! I live in Georgia & it was very taxing on me to keep coming back & forth to the house for appointments every week. She knew my situation & how stressful it had become & she was always willing to meet the Contractors/roofers/septic company at the house if I couldn’t make it. Early on, she informed me what I needed to do in order for me to get the price I wanted for the house. I did 99% of what she asked. (Was not going to paint the fireplace black as she suggested). LOL. Overall, she did a fantastic job communicating everything that I needed to know. Very responsive with emails or return phone calls. Even though I’m in Georgia, I will let anyone that I know who will be moving to NC, I will definitely give them her information. God bless you & thanks again Loretta!

It was a long eight months but well worth it. Together we got the sale done even with the stock market crashing. Robin was there to answer every question and concern I had. Smooth transition. Definitely would recommend her to help buy your new home or sell your existing property.
