She communicated with us regularly before our visit to coordinate viewings and provided a comprehensive analysis of the market in each neighborhood, helping us eliminate homes efficiently. Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys.
