Denise was very efficient and knowledgeable. She was excellent at guiding us to find a home that checked all of the boxes for our family. I liked that she communicated with me every step of the way and made sure that I was aware of all the different options and resources available to me before making a decision on a home. My favorite thing about the entire experience was how positive she was and how determined she was to find a home that met all of our needs and she did this all in under a month. At the end of the entire process she made us feel not like just clients but more like long time friends. I would recommend her in a heart beat and would absolutely work with her again in the future.

Faith went out of her way to help us to sell our townhouse during the real estate rush of the summer months. She was always available to answer questions and give guidance as we received offers. After the open house, several good offers were made and the final closing was made a few weeks later. Selling quickly meant that we could get on with packing to move without worrying about more house showings. Faith gave very helpful advice when asked but did not give unsolicited advice unless it was something we might not know to ask.
