Kristina made our first home buying experience feel so easy. She communicated everything very clearly upfront. She answered every single question throughout the whole process in a timely manner. She was also prepared with information that we would need in looking for lenders, home inspection companies, etc. The information she provided via email was always clear and relevant. Kristina made sure that we had all the information we needed to make descions, however, she never pushed us to do things in a different direction--she always made sure that we knew that all descions were ours to make.
