great job and working with her

It’s no coincidence that the word “great” is an anagram of Greta. She was an absolute joy to work with and always went well above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Being a first home buyer, I was completely clueless of the process. Greta showed the utmost patience and was always compassionate and helpful in assisting with my lack of knowledge. She insisted that the home we finally chose checked off all the “must haves” and would not settle for anything less. Greta even got to know my family, sending them birthday texts and well wishes – that means a lot. I am so happy she picked up the phone when I called the Allen Tate Concord office that day. I definitely got the best with Greta.

From helping us find the right listing price, and recommending some small touches to make a big impact at showing, Lee was spot on. He was extremely responsive with communications and did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop throughout the home selling process. He gave professional guidance when responding to offers and was super diligent in keeping the process moving forward. Thank you Lee!
