We Bought and Sold with Cyndi Hughes. First thing - great personality - very upbeat and helpful. House hunting can be stressful and she is good at hand holding and keeping focus on the goals for each week. Selling- The seller’s market was crazy good but we thought Cindy’s guidance on listing at the right time, at the right price was spot-on. We were also helped by relationships she has in the area. We accepted one of 4 offers that she helped us assess and select - in less than 24 hours. Buying - Her knowledge of the area and it’s neighborhoods was really helpful. She listened to what was important to us in a new home. She combed through listings and sent them through an app that made it easy to ‘like’ or reject so she was able to really refine the search. We love our new home and will recommend Cindy to anyone, anytime.

Clinton is an amazing realtor that is there for you every step of your selling or buying journey!
