We Bought and Sold with Cyndi Hughes. First thing - great personality - very upbeat and helpful. House hunting can be stressful and she is good at hand holding and keeping focus on the goals for each week. Selling- The seller’s market was crazy good but we thought Cindy’s guidance on listing at the right time, at the right price was spot-on. We were also helped by relationships she has in the area. We accepted one of 4 offers that she helped us assess and select - in less than 24 hours. Buying - Her knowledge of the area and it’s neighborhoods was really helpful.
