Working with Christin was the best decision! From start to finish, Christin was professional, responsive, and truly cared about finding me the best home! Christin went above and beyond, handling all details efficiently. I highly recommend Christin Kirkland .

Andrea was knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. As new homebuyers we had a lot of questions. She helped ease our anxiety as she was always quick to respond. I would recommend Andrea to friends/family/coworkers. She is very professional, experienced, and overall a pleasure to work with.

From the start of our search for our next home, Beth was always available to answer any questions we had, took the time to understand our needs in a house, and didn't just throw us a bunch of houses, but really narrowed in the right kind of house we wanted. Her knowledge of the market and process was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better person to help us.

I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. Fast-forward to April 2019, I decided to sell my house and the first one that came to mind was Dawon (because of all the follow-up emails and phone calls we received). I contacted Dawon, met with her, and explained the need for her services in selling not only one, but three houses simultaneously. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel. I honestly could not have chosen a better agent to represent us.

I cannot say enough about Kathleen! I had a bit of a difficult situation and had to sell my house quickly and obviously get the best price possible. Kathleen made this process so easy! My house was sold and I closed in a matter of weeks. She is professional, courteous, smart and knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend Kathleen Walton.
