Trust the Process... we all know buying and selling a home is a daunting task and we were fortunate to have the support and guidance of a fantastic realtor in Samantha Berg. Samantha is the definition of "Hustle". She went above and beyond to represent us at every step in the process, she listened to our needs, and gave us solid advice all along the way. Her recommendations for mortgage services, insurance, inspection and many other things were spot on, saving us time, money and aggravation. In selling our house, she had a great vision for our home and how to show its best features to prospective buyers. We highly recommend the staging service, it worked out very well for us, with our house having a very solid offer, sight unseen, before the listing was officially active. That Krissy was knowledgeable & experienced. Moving here from S.C. she proceeded to tell me she was also licensed in S.C. & also had a builders license.
