It’s no coincidence that the word “great” is an anagram of Greta. She was an absolute joy to work with and always went well above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Being a first home buyer, I was completely clueless of the process. Greta showed the utmost patience and was always compassionate and helpful in assisting with my lack of knowledge. She insisted that the home we finally chose checked off all the “must haves” and would not settle for anything less. Greta even got to know my family, sending them birthday texts and well wishes – that means a lot. I am so happy she picked up the phone when I called the Allen Tate Concord office that day. Harrison went above and beyond to create the best first home buying experience possible. Houses in the area and price range that I was looking at were selling the second they got the market. Harrison did an incredible job to keep me informed on great homes to ensure I could get my foot in the door to see if it felt like home. In many cases, that meant driving 30-45 minutes on short notice on multiple occasions to see a house.
