I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. Fast-forward to April 2019, I decided to sell my house and the first one that came to mind was Dawon (because of all the follow-up emails and phone calls we received). I contacted Dawon, met with her, and explained the need for her services in selling not only one, but three houses simultaneously. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel. Pam did an incredible job for us. Each time an issue was raised she addressed it quicky and accurately.
